This policy explains how APEX ENGINEERING LABS S.R.L. ("Apex Engineering", "we") processes personal data of visitors to this website. We do not sell personal information and we do not operate an online store.

2. What we collect

• Contact data you submit voluntarily (name, email, company, message) when you write to us or use a contact form.
• Technical data required to serve the site securely (IP address, user agent, timestamps) held in short-lived server logs.
• Analytics data, only if you grant analytics consent in the cookie banner.

3. Why we process it (legal bases)

• Responding to your enquiry — pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in business communication (Art. 6(1)(b),(f) GDPR).
• Site security and availability — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Analytics and marketing cookies — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), withdrawable at any time.

4. Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact. Security logs are kept for up to 30 days. Consent records are stored in your browser until you clear them.

We share data only with processors that host this site, deliver our email, and — where you consented — provide analytics. These providers act under written data processing agreements. Transfers outside the EEA rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
